Enhancements are coming to the Dimitri Tiomkin website! Since going live in April 2003, this site has grown continuously both in content and users. While we are proud of the immense resources we have made available online to users around the world during the course of the past seventeen years, we haven’t undertaken a serious reconsideration of the site in nearly ten years.

Earlier this summer, thanks to Amy Stone at MOWA Design Group, the site has been undergoing a transformation and streamlining that will result in more tabbed posts, more efficient load times, and a cleaner look for the end user.

Significantly, the Filmography section will be upgraded to include tabbed posts with material related to the film.

Over the course of the past 20 years our understanding of the legacy of Dimitri Tiomkin has dramatically increased, remarkably so for his tremendous output of ballet music for Albertina Rasch as well as songs and the site will be updated with more current information.
